Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by tidypapers.com and its affiliates as the "Service Provider" and the customer as the "Client" for this agreement. By engaging our services, the client agrees to be bound by the terms outlined in this document. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
1. Services Provided - tidypapers.com agrees to deliver the ordered services to the client, as chosen in the registration form, within 30-60 business days from the date the documents are received. Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Service options include Organize Documents, Electronic Documents, and Organize and Electronic Documents.
2. Payment Terms - Initial registration payment is due at the time of checkout. Registration fee is $19.95, unless otherwise specified by service provider. Services available are:
Organize Documents - only $.23 per page
Electronic Documents - only $.31 per page
Organize and Electronic Documents - only $.42 per page
Final invoice will include the # of sheets organized, based on client’s service chosen, as well as shipping prices to return the order. All shipping rates are at the expense of the client. The client is to pay the final invoice within 7 business days after receiving the dated invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments will incur a late fee of 10% per month. Once final payment is received, the client's order will be shipped to the address on the registration form and a tracking number will be provided. Once the client receives the completed order, the client has 24 hours to review documents. Any concerns must be submitted to the service provider by email within 24 hours.
3. Client Responsibilities - The client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials required for the service provider to perform the services accurately. The client will respond promptly to requests for approvals, decisions, or any information needed.
4. Service Provider Responsibilities - The service provider agrees to maintain confidentiality of all documents received. The service provider will organize documents, based on the service chosen within the timeframe. The service provider will notify the client of any concerns or issues by email. The service provider will discard any remaining documents after 90 days from completion of order for non-payment or Electronic documents only.
4. Confidentiality - Both parties agree to keep confidential all information obtained during the services, except where disclosure is required by law.
5. Property - Any property related to the services provided will remain with the service provider for 90 days for non-payment and for Electronic Document services. After 90 days, all documents will be discarded. No physical or digital copies will be stored for any reason.
6. Limitation of Liability - The service provider is not liable and will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the services provided. This includes: any damage or loss from shipping service, accidents, or Mother Nature. The service provider's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.
7. Termination - Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days' written notice. - In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered and shipping costs up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
9. Dispute Resolution - Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved between The Service Provider and Client before pursuing legal action.
10. Acceptance - By engaging the services of the service provider, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
