Freelancer Tax Dashboard

Log your invoices for the month and estimate what you owe in taxes. If you bill in euros, you can also pay by scanning a SEPA QR code straight from your bank app.

There's no login or account. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Tax rates vary by country, so enter your own and verify with your tax authority or accountant. This isn't tax advice.

1Billing period

A billing period is one calendar month. Invoices from the invoice generator log here automatically; you can also add or edit rows by hand.

2Tax components

Add the taxes you pay on your freelance income. "My tax" is computed on your period base and is what you owe. "Client-charged" (like VAT) is collected from clients and shown separately.

Set your tax components once and they save in this browser, so you won't need to rebuild them every month.

Estimate your freelance taxes every month

Freelance income tax, social insurance, and health insurance contributions are usually calculated as a percentage of what you actually billed. Freelancers rarely see that total in one place until it's time to file. This dashboard pulls together every invoice logged in a calendar month (manually, or automatically from the invoice generator), adds up the combined base, and applies whichever tax components you've configured: income tax, social insurance, health insurance, VAT, or your own custom rates. That way you always know roughly what you owe and what's left as net income before the due date arrives.

Once you know the amount, paying it is the next hurdle. Bank details for tax offices are easy to mistype, and the payment reference or code is often required exactly right. If you bill in euros, this tool generates a standard SEPA credit transfer QR code (the EPC069-12 format used across the EU) for each tax component once you've entered the beneficiary's IBAN and payment code. Scan it with almost any EU banking app and the amount, IBAN, and reference fill in automatically, so you don't retype anything by hand. If you bill in another currency, you'll get a plain-text payment-details block instead, ready to copy into your own bank's transfer form.

Is this official tax advice?

No. Preset rates are examples only. Always verify current rates and rules with your tax authority or accountant before relying on any number shown here.

Why does the QR code disappear sometimes?

SEPA QR payments are EUR-only by specification. If your site currency isn't EUR, or the beneficiary IBAN/amount aren't filled in yet, the QR is hidden and you'll see a plain-text "copy payment details" block instead.

Is my data private?

Yes. Every component, invoice row, and beneficiary detail is stored only in your own browser's local storage. Nothing is ever uploaded or sent to a server.
